Takumi Yanai (柳内 たくみ Yanai Takumi) is the controversial creator of the Gate - Thus the JSDF Fought There series.
Biography[]
Yanai formerly served in the JSDF. After his departure, he then started writing the Gate series in April 2006 and published it on Arcadia, a user-generated content site until June 2009, when AlphaPolis began publishing his works in 2010. His other works include: Hyoufuu no Kolkka, IOTA: Senjutsu Kikou Hohei, and Sengoku Sniper.
