Alnus Hill (アルヌスの丘 Arunusu no Oka), alternatively romanized as Arnus Hill, is the hill where the Gate first appeared, and is considered sacred land by the empire. The hill was the site of the decisive JSDF victory at the First and Second Battle of Alnus Hill. It later became where JSDF's main base is located.
